High Safety Specification Owned Plant and Equipment

Our activities in mining and rail environments demand that our plant fleet comes equipped with high specification safety features. Prior to engagement on respective sites all plant undergoes task specific risk assessments to ensure compliance. Safety features include fire suppression systems, emergency stop facilities, access footplates and hand rails, and reversing cameras.

Proactive Approach to Worksite Safety

Robson is proud to be raising the bar in terms of plant operator competency. In addition to compliance with our OH&S obligations we are providing as a minimum, training in four key competencies of OH&S, Communication, Manual Handling and Small Tools.

Leading edge technologies including the latest computer modelling systems, robotic total stations and GPS machine guidance systems, coupled with 'in-house' survey management, provides the highest levels of conformance to specification.

Carbon Footprint

Our commitment to limiting the impact of our activities on the environment ensures regular replacement of earthmoving plant occurs. This guarantees the use of the most efficient engine technology available and significantly reduces fuel usage along with reductions in greenhouse gas emissions. Biodiesel is used in all earthmoving and haulage operations to further assist with reduction of greenhouse gas emissions.
